  • Signage: Michele will place a Coldwell Banker sign or your property to let buyers know your house is for sale and that you have chosen a reputable real estate agency to show your home! 

  • Print Advertising: Online advertising reaches most buyers - print advertising reaches the rest! Ads are typically placed in local newspapers and real estate publications.
